“Our apartment was very comfortable and of a good size. Clean and well maintained. But what stood out the most was the view. We had an incredible view of the entire Santa Croce area and sitting on the patio at night was wonderful. And if you want to be in good shape don't take the small elevator since walking up and down the 4-5 floors offset much of the eating we did.Nice place and great location.Italy Perfect did a great job.”

“Winter in RomeLoved Rome in Winter. Walked right in to all Museums. Many sunny days in 50's. Walked everywhere. Apartment in great location. Lunch at Cul de Sac, great wine selection. Apartment very nice and spacious. Treated to snow storm which was so pretty.”

“The apartment is in a perfect location, convenient to everything, but on a quiet little street, near great restaurants. The light in the apartment is fantastic, with afternoon sun filling the bedrooms and a light filled living room with soaring ceiling and huge window. After 30 days, it was hard to leave. Italy Perfect made the whole experience so easy and someone was always available to answer questions.”

“A thoroughly enjoyable visitOur flight from London was delayed due to poor weather. Because the delay stretched from an hour to an hour and a half, and finally to two plus hours, we were unable to provide our greeter with much useful information about how late we would be arriving at the flat. But our greeter had been checking on the status of our flight all evening and the flat was warm and inviting when we finally arrived. We appreciated such attention to detail. The flat is large, comfortable, and the owner has clearly taken time and care in decorating it. It is perfectly located-you are close enough to the Spanish steps to benefit from the limit on traffic, but far enough away to feel like you are in a neighborhood. Don't miss out on gelato from Fatamorgana; it is an easy walk from the flat.”

“Right in the Heart of ThingsMy daughter and I had a wonderful stay here with Italy Perfect. Within minutes by foot are all the major sites. Shopping and restaurants all close by. The apartment was surprisingly quiet given the location. Greeters were very helpful and provided all the little things to get us started! Coffee, milk, croissants etc. My second time staying here and loved it just as much.”

“We had a wonderful trip and your organized accommodations and support people were terrific. The locations were wonderful and the units perfect. Isabel helped us with our selection of restaurants and making reservations for us and for her advice. We only used a "guide" once for the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peters and she was great. We learned not only about the art and monuments, but also about the history that is so important. We walked about 5-7 miles per day and used public transportation successfully. Both Rome and Florence were wonderful as we remembered from before. Thank you for your great help. We will support and recommend you - Italy Perfect - and probably use Paris Perfect and London Perfect in the future. We greatly appreciated getting to "know" you and learning from you and your teams.”

“Great location, quiet neighborhood Centrally located and easy walks to most everything in the city; Vatican, Borghese Gallery, Colossuem, Spanish Steps, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain, and one block off another main shopping street Via Cola di Rienzo. The apartment worked well for our family of 7. We would definitely return. Owner and her staff were great to work with.”

“Love is better the second time aroundOur second visit to Angelina, which says it all about this wonderful appartment.Location, view, building and greeter were again the best in Rome. This time we took our 15 year old granddaughter for her first trip to the Eternal City. She converted the loft into her private "teenage" space but she spent many hours with us in the main living/dining room. We cooked in two nights and enjoyed the local restaurants the other five nights. As the first time we rented Angelina, the appartment was clean and well stocked. Our greeter was waiting for us at the street door as we arrived from FCO. The location is perfect; we walked everywhere.I would recommend Angelina to all. I would go back for a third time.”

“nice apartmentThree of us stayed in the Romulus from Jan 17-24, 2018. We were very comfortable. Our greeter could not have been more friendly and helpful. She was prompt to answer text messages and helped us straighten out a mix-up with our taxi pick up the day we were leaving. You cannot beat the location. Located right outside the Piazza Navona, it's an easy walk to everything Rome has to offer. There are great shops and restaurants all around you. The building itself is beautiful. I found Italy Perfect easy to work with. They were responsive and helpful. There is a nice selection of apartments to choose from and Lisa helped us find the apartment that fit our needs nicely. I would work with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for accommodation in Italy.”

“Home away from homeThis apartment is elegant and well appointed without being too fussy. I felt that I would be perfectly happy to live here permanently! Sparkling clean, a comfortable bed with high quality linens, good heating system, functional and adequately equipped kitchen. We found Rome a bit overwhelming, being from a rural area in Canada, so it was a welcome relief at the end of the day coming home to this cozy flat.”

“We've found the "perfect" in Italy PerfectThis was our fourth time staying with Italy Perfect and our first time at the Diana Apartment. I simply can't say enough about what a fantastic apartment this was for the two of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and felt at home in this spectacular apartment. The location is so convenient to everything in Florence - we walked everywhere, even to San Miniato al Monte for a magnificent sunset. We loved the view of the Duomo from the bedroom and living room windows - it was like our own art installation! We didn't experience any issues with noise from the street, but February was a pretty quiet time in the city in general. One afternoon there was a violinist playing in the piazza, but the sound was muted and actually quite pleasant. The doorman was a pleasure, with his smiling face ready to greet us whenever we ventured out during the day and helping us with pre-arranged deliveries. The kitchen was just fine for making coffee and prepping simple meals and was well stocked with pots and kitchen gadgets. The comfortable bed and sofas were made for lounging and 2 well appointed bathrooms left us wanting for nothing. We are definitely looking forward to our next trip to Florence and to returning to the Diana Apartment!”

“Incredible!!!!!!! Apartment was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect level of charm and comfort! The unit was meticulously spotless- which is important when you suffer from sever allergies. We had a minor plumbing "lost in translation" moment between US plumbing and European, but the hostess sent someone immediately to help us figure it out. The location!!!! Exactly what we wanted, a homie, non-turisitie place!! Everything was walking distance. Incredible little shops and restaurants all around!”

“Spotless, well appointed and loved the location.I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the Orlando Apartment. Spotless, well appointed and loved the location. My sister, who cleans every beach house we have ever rented said it was the cleanest place she has ever rented. Even the windows are spotless. Cleaner than mine at home! Even with all the dust kicked up by the tram. The tram was not an issue. My nephew and I rode it last night just to see where it went. The greeter was great. We will stay here again the next time we are in Rome. We used the metro to catch a train to Sezze Romano to see a private World War II museum and the Sicily-Rome American Cemetery. Otherwise we walked everywhere. Even to the Piramide to visit the Protestant Cemetery. Such a beautiful place. We will highly recommend Italy Perfect! Thank you for your part in helping us have such a wonderful trip!”

“Beyond our expectationsThe minute we stepped into this fabulous villa, our vacation started with 'ahhhh' and 'oooohhh's. Where do I start? Here are some of the highlights:1. Villa itself is beautiful, inside and outside;2. All the bedrooms and other rooms are well appointed;3. Friendly staff made the stay more enjoyable;4. 40 minute walk down to Florence city center is lovely and easy;We plan to get back there in the warmer month and highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you Italy Perfect and a special shout out to Pat Byrne for her professional service.”

“Wonderful AccommodationsThe villa was perfect for our party of eight. It was very convenient to most attractions and within walking distance of many (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Vatican, Pantheon). Villa is outfitted well and was very clean. Very close to groceries and quaint eateries. We would highly recommend.”

“Character apartment in great location for the best of VeniceTwo of us (an older couple) stayed at Marino for a week at the end of November. The apartment was charming and comfortable, benefitting particularly from a spacious lounge/ dining area with a view to the Grand Canal a short distance away and a small terrace which would be great for sitting out in the warmer weather. The kitchen was compact but entirely serviceable and we were able to prepare two or three nice meals there. The bedroom similarly was "bijoux" but comfortable and had adequate storage space for two people. As is to be expected in Venice, there were plumbing problems occasionally with for instance low water pressure which meant we had to wait for hot water a couple of times. But what the heck: holidays are for chilling and being able to relax about such minor setbacks! What really set Marino apart was the excellent location. Dorsoduro really is a wonderful part of "La Serenissima": full of charm itself but just far enough away from the main tourist areas to get away from the crowds and be able to get a feel for "the real Venice". That said, within 15-20 minutes easy walking you can get to San Marco and areas like the Rialto. The vaporetto stop at Ca' Rezzonico on the Grand Canal is only a few yards away if you want to use that, but we found that Marino was so well situated that we simply walked everywhere, enjoying the fact that we happened on areas that we might not otherwise have seen. As has often been said, getting lost in Venice is one of the joys of life, and there is a definite limit to how badly lost you can get.All-in-all Marino Apartment gave us a wonderful base for our time in Venice and Dorsoduro was a gem of an area. Highly recommended.”
