Located in a Renaissance palazzo directly across the river from the Uffizi Gallery, Florence`s most famous museum.
The building blends with its Renaissance-age neighbors with grey stone, pietra serena, accenting its classical proportions. The building is locked and has a doorman during business hours.
Perched on the top floor of this Renaissance palazzo, the bright and modern Corvetta apartment offers fine living in an optimum Florence historic center location. The apartment is remarkably bright and airy with two terraces and a viewing perch too.
Contemporary style and sophistication is yours to enjoy in this elegant penthouse. On entering the apartment walk up a flight of stairs (approximately 10 steps) to the open plan living and dining room. The living room has two sofas and views to the larger of the two terraces through wide sliding glass door. The walled terrace has impressive views of the Florentine hills above, with a glimpse of beautiful San Miniato church at the top of the hill.
The dining table has seating for eight. Attractive decorative accessories enhance the room. The open modern kitchen adjoins the living dining room and is fully furnished with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes. Mirrored doors on the cabinets reflect light. There is a French door adjacent to the kitchen which leads out to the second smaller terrace. This little terrace opens at the opposite end to the master bedroom. The top floor position and many windows and delightful outdoor space makes the Corvetta apartment a restful and very sunny retreat in a prime Florence location.

Amazing time in Florence
The perfect apartment for a family of four. Amazing location. A 2 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and all the shops beyond.
Great location as it is the quieter area of Florence, also some great local restaurants over this side.
Lovely view of Ponte Vecchio from the bedroom window too. Gorgeous balcony area and a viewing area.
Security door man from 9-5 which is great. Highly recommend this apartment and this company - our 3rd time.
We will be back. Thanks again, Carolyn, Alex, Liv and Steph x

Very well presented. Fully stocked. All was extremely clean when entered. Doorman was very professional. Great location. Would recommend this property and have already done so to a friend who is a travel agent.
Exceptional property! Steps from the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, gorgeous apartment, rooftop views, patio with seats to sun, could not have been better! Service was also excellent in every way. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to all my family and friends! This property really made our vacation extra special...

Amazing view with a great location!
Wonderful location and view - convenient and just far enough away from tourist congestion.
Comfortable living space with plenty of room.
Just what we were looking for as a casual way to experience Florence.
Magic in Florence
The Corvetta is a delightful apartment with the best imaginable location. The two master suites make it a perfect choice for two couples, and the third study with sofa bed is a comfortable addition if the need arises. There were minor maintenance issues that were taken care of immediately (except for the one that we fixed ourselves the first afternoon we were there). The kitchen could have used a little more thought (snacks and coffee but no cutting board? no salt or pepper? no olive oil?) but all in all a first class arrangement. If you want a secure, excellent accommodation within walking distance of virtually everything in Florence the Corvetta is the Italy Perfect choice.
[Thank you so much. So sorry some expected items were missing. Had you called, the manager would have come right over with them. Of course you shouldn't have to and we all apologize. The Italy Perfect Team]
Corvetta was lovely
The Corvetta was lovely. Well- appointed rooms and kitchen. Very clean, with beautiful hard-wood floors. Plenty of space to relax in. The windows provided great lighting and access to the patio's. The view of the River Arno all the way to the Duomo was spectacular. At night you could hear the music coming from Piazza del Signoria.
Outstanding location! Steps from the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Gelato shops, even Palace Pitti was remarkably close. Great location to get everywhere. Short taxi ride to the train station. In 1.5 hours you could be Milan for a day trip! There is also a really close grocery market that stays open till 2100.
Depending on when you go, if you have a need for air-conditioning use it wisely it really is the most expensive utility. Make sure you go off the tourist track. The small restaurants that have menus written only in Italian are authentically delicious.
Absolutely would refer Italy Perfect to friends. The owners are very responsive if a problem should arise. The building lost Wi-Fi but we were quickly given a "key" to use and had no further issues. You won't be disappointed with the Corvetta or Italy Perfect! I hope to return.
[Thank you so much for so enjoying your stay. The Italy Perfect Team]
We were very pleased with the apartment; it was spacious and elegant
We were very pleased with the apartment; it was spacious and elegant with a magnificent view of the Arno River, Ponte Vecchio and the museums across the river. It was within easy walking distance of the major attractions and there were numerous restaurants in the area. They were good but it seems the quality of food seems to have gone down versus our earlier trip to Italy in the mid-80’s. That is not to say the food was bad, there just weren’t any “Ah-Ha” moments. Believe the food would have been better away from the cities.
There is an excellent grocery store within a few hundred meters of the apartment that we made good use of. Like the French, the Italians don’t seem to be much on breakfast.
Believe we hit the weather just right. A little later and things would have been uncomfortably warm.
Support staff in Florence was great! They were very cordial and helpful for the few requests we made. In fact, the same can be said of all the Italian people we ran into.
FYI, we had spent a week in Rome before taking the train to Florence. Many of the comments about Florence, especially the restaurants, held true there as well.
The only negative we had was our departure from the Florence Airport. No one seemed to be in charge. There were long lines that you really weren’t sure of whether you were in the right one or not. Quite frankly, it reminded us of our days living in the middle east. Guess the best take away is be sure to have plenty of time allocated to airport activities.
Best location, just a few steps from Ponte Vecchio
Best location, just a few steps from Ponte Vecchio on the Oltro Arno side. Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Made extensive use of the kitchen due to convenient supermarket just two blocks away. Look forward to returning someday!
