The building has retained the clean and simple architecture of the Renaissance period when it was first built. Renovated over the centuries, the building acquired its present appearance in the mid 1700s. The building has a doorman weekdays during business hours.

Our Guest Reviews
Firenze
We had a wonderful time in Florence. Our apartment was quiet, very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was also close to the main historical sites and high-end shopping.
Laura was a delight to work with, explained things well and couldn't be more helpful.
All in all, we had a great time and would recommend Italy Perfect without hesitation.

GREAT Apartment in a GREAT Location
We spent a month in Florence in Giovanna. We were thrilled with this apartment from the moment we arrived. It is just as nice as the pictures--very spacious and nicely decorated. Also very clean. It's hard to find a vacation rental with 3 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is a little small and not en suite, but it has good storage for toiletries and a couple of towel hangers so it was fine. There is plenty of storage space for luggage and clothing which makes the bedrooms very comfortable. The kitchen was generously equipped with tableware, glassware, and linens. However, cooking was a challenge as the cookware is limited and the counter space for working in the kitchen is minimal. The management company provided some needed cookware promptly when we called about it.
The location of this apartment is hard to beat. It's on a street with a lot of designer shops with wide sidewalks. (Our tour guide referred to it as Aristocrat Row.) You are 10 minutes or less from the Duomo, the Central Market, the train station, the Ponte Vecchio, Santo Spirito, Santa Maria Novella, the Uffizi, a grocery store. The building and the street are very safe.
Our hostess Cristiana was great--very responsive to all requests both before our arrival and during our stay. She arranged drivers for us when we needed them, and they always arrived 5 min early and in nice cars. She also arranged for a chef to come to the apartment a couple of times which was a nice break from eating out. (We liked the Tuscan menu better than the Fish menu.) Given the tiny kitchen, it is a miracle that she was able to feed 6 people a 4 course meal. Cristiana even met her at the apartment to help her get started so we didn't have to be there when she arrived. The rest of the management team are also very good. Plus they are just downstairs (in the same building) so it is very convenient when you need something or have a question.
Our favorite restaurants turned out to be Zio Gigi for comfort food and friendly service, 4 Leoni, and Cantenetta Antinori which was right next door. Cantenetta Antinori had great Anitnori wines and the sea bass was to die for. We also enjoyed FrancescoVini near Santa Croce a couple of times, especially if you're desperate for a salad. But honestly, almost everywhere we ate had great food. Even the little touristy places often surprised with really good food.
Lisa at Italy Perfect was great to deal with. I rent on VRBO and AirBnB pretty often, but it's more comforting to rent from an American company that knows the properties and American expectations and can really let you know what to expect. There were no surprises here, including at checkout where you settle up for utilities, cleaning, and any other incidentals that the management company handles for you (such as delivering bottled water to the apartment.) BTW--our utilities were about $15/day.
Bottom line—GREAT apartment, GREAT location, GREAT management company, and very good value for extended stays.

Topnotch
This was our second stay in this unit and the 4th in this building. All were outstanding. As many have mentioned, the location cannot be beat for convenience to the major attractions and railway station. The management is top notch and treats one as a valued client. Cannot recommend enough.

Giovanna
We have stayed in apartments in most major cities of the world and this is absolutely the best of all. Great location, excellent size, lovely view, all the best conveniences and superb condition. The staff and concierge were most helpful and made us feel at home rather than passing guests. Altogether—a remarkable experience. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful
Everything was wonderful. The apartment was super. The staff was lovely
Great accommodations!
This is our third consecutive stay at this palazzo and was again a memorable and enjoyable visit. The location and ambience cannot be beat, coupled with the exceptional staff which are there to smooth your way. I must say this particular unit has some of the best lighting I have found in Europe in either a hotel or private accommodation. The two showers were also of high quality and worked well. Our hats' are off to you Pat for arranging our trip once again!

Truly a fantastic location
We loved our location in Florence.
We loved the kitchen, the washer and dryer, the roomy living room, the terrace so perfect for early mornings or late night dinner. We loved the spacious bedrooms and the safe feeling we had with the building.
Most of all, we loved the location.
It was in the heart of Florence, within walking distance to the Duomo, the Uffizi, the Ponte Vecchio, and the train station. We walked all over Florence and were so grateful not to be trying to drive a car in this restricted area full of one way streets.
We were able to find a grocery store, a coffee shop and bakery all within walking distance.
We loved every minute and are so grateful for these amazing accommodations.
Here's my best tip about Florence:
So so many people crowd every day to get in to see the Duomo, if you are open to it, attend mass on Sunday inside the Duomo. It is serene, calming, beautiful and truly a special way to see the Duomo. It was free of charge and uncrowded.
Enjoy! Ciao Bella!

Beautiful apartment with an incredible location!
The apartment was just as pictured! It is so unusual to find a nicely furnished 3 bedrooms/3baths in such a location! The outside terrace was nice to have on those hot summer evenings! There was even fresh flowers in the living room! What a welcome! The staff was quick to help with any issues (air conditioning went out but was quickly reset). Kitchen is just so-so, but worked just fine for quick breakfasts, coffee, a place to chill wine, etc. All the bedrooms are nicely sized, again unusual for the location - bathrooms were also nicely sized and well appointed. We look forward to our next visit already!
The apartment was lovely
