This area of Florence has been home to important Florentine families since the mid 1600s.
The building has retained the clean and simple architecture of the Renaissance period when it was first built. Renovated over the centuries, the building acquired its present appearance in the mid 1700s. The building has a doorman weekdays during business hours.
The entry hall opens into the dining room with a long rectangular table that seats 8 and then an open Tuscan brick archway leads into the living room that is beatifully decorated. Guests can`t wait to enjoy the large (270 square feet) private terrace where you can enjoy eating al fresco a joy of Italy. The view is of adjoining rooftops.
Dining table seats 6. The kitchen is spacious and complete with all modern appliances.

Our Guest Reviews
Everything was wonderful. The apartment was super. The staff was lovely
This is our third consecutive stay at this palazzo and was again a memorable and enjoyable visit. The location and ambience cannot be beat, coupled with the exceptional staff which are there to smooth your way. I must say this particular unit has some of the best lighting I have found in Europe in either a hotel or private accommodation. The two showers were also of high quality and worked well. Our hats' are off to you Pat for arranging our trip once again!
[Thank you Henry, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]
Truly a fantastic location
We loved our location in Florence.
We loved the kitchen, the washer and dryer, the roomy living room, the terrace so perfect for early mornings or late night dinner. We loved the spacious bedrooms and the safe feeling we had with the building.
Most of all, we loved the location.
It was in the heart of Florence, within walking distance to the Duomo, the Uffizi, the Ponte Vecchio, and the train station. We walked all over Florence and were so grateful not to be trying to drive a car in this restricted area full of one way streets.
We were able to find a grocery store, a coffee shop and bakery all within walking distance.
We loved every minute and are so grateful for these amazing accommodations.
Here's my best tip about Florence:
So so many people crowd every day to get in to see the Duomo, if you are open to it, attend mass on Sunday inside the Duomo. It is serene, calming, beautiful and truly a special way to see the Duomo. It was free of charge and uncrowded.
Enjoy! Ciao Bella!
[We are delighted you had a wonderful time, thank you for the tip! The Italy Perfect Team]
Beautiful apartment with an incredible location!
The apartment was just as pictured! It is so unusual to find a nicely furnished 3 bedrooms/3baths in such a location! The outside terrace was nice to have on those hot summer evenings! There was even fresh flowers in the living room! What a welcome! The staff was quick to help with any issues (air conditioning went out but was quickly reset). Kitchen is just so-so, but worked just fine for quick breakfasts, coffee, a place to chill wine, etc. All the bedrooms are nicely sized, again unusual for the location - bathrooms were also nicely sized and well appointed. We look forward to our next visit already!
The apartment was lovely
Thank you so much. The apartment was lovely. Everyone was delighted. The service was excellent from the property and Italy Perfect.
A beautiful stay!
Our apartment in Florence was wonderful. It had 2 on suites and was very accommodating,
We especially loved the location of the apartment!
All was great!
Rooms with a view!
This is a fabulous place to stay in Florence!! I want to go back already! Excellent views of the Duomo and city.
Location is within walking distance to everything. Staying on the "Rodeo Drive" of Florence was comfortable and glamorous and active enough so that you feel part of the city without too much disturbance. Easy grocery not too far walking....everything easy. The apartment itself was well appointed, comfortable and roomy. Loved the large windows and light.
Only down side was the outside spotlight like fixture that was right outside of the windows and not quite eliminated by the curtains at night.
I had a great stay.....everyone affiliated with this apartment was polite, helpful, timely and I definitely would recommend this accommodation and Italy Perfect.
[Thank you so much! Sorry to hear about the spotlight, wish you had mentioned to the manager to have it immediately fixed. The Italy Perfect Team]
Excellence in Every Way
From the moment our taxi dropped us off directly in front of the entrance, everything about the apartment was excellent. Located on Tourubouni, one could not have asked for a more desirable location. There was a day time doorman and double locked doors for security. The apartment was beyond our expectations, 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 in suite with a large living room and dining room and a good sized kitchen. The terrace, which had shade in the morning and late afternoons, was the highlight as we had breakfast and cocktails outside every day. The air conditioning was superb, which was needed as the temperature reached 100 f every day we were there. Also worthy of accolade was the management personnel, Cristiana, who was there when we arrived and provided valuable information. In addition, there is a cleaner on the street directly behind the apartment which can be useful for extended stays. This is a great property and we recommend it for anyone going to Florence.
[We all thank you, Gary, for your review and your nice description and look forward to greeting you again. The Italy Perfect Team]
Wonderful apartment and location
This apartment was perfectly located: a quiet area very close to all the main attractions. The apartment was very spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious (the master bath is really nice) and the amount of storage in each room was beyond what we usually expect. The kitchen was large and well appointed - certainly could have cooked large meals in there (but with the Mercato Centrale just a few blocks away, you could just pick up great meals to enjoy in the apartment). Massimiliano (the doorman) was gracious and warm, the building was extremely secure, and it was a pleasure to be greeted by the peace of Piazza Antinori (not to mention the great coffee shop a block away) each morning. We would recommend this apartment (and return) in a heartbeat.
Italy was perfect because of Italy Perfect!
Honestly, our apartment, the Gazebo, was just about as perfect as can be. The location is hard to beat. The spaciousness, the decor, the amazingly quick response from the agents for anything from extra pillows to a hair dryer replacement was just as good as it gets. Expensive, but worth every penny. My only regret is that we could not have stayed longer. Perfect in every way!
