We would recommend this apartment without reservation - it was wonderful.
Close to famous sites and fantastic shopping, a warm welcome awaits you in this large, dignified and very comfortable abode, located on the elegant Piazza Antinori.
This elegant apartment can be a highlight of your stay in the center of Florence. It reflects the wonderful architecture of the only baroque church in Florence. High and bright, it has a comfortable living room area and good sized bedrooms suites.
The location is excellent, right on the elegant Piazza Antinori, just a short distance away from the Arno river. There is bound to be some traffic noise in this bustling district, but your 3rd floor location will mitigate that. And, after all, you are in a city. This also means that there is a shop for each and everything you need or want in the neighborhood. On the piazza is the San Gaetano church that is an unusual baroque style for Florence with predominately renaissance and older Romanesque style for its churches. This quarter of Florence has been home to important Florentine families since the mid 1600s.
The building has retained a clean and simple aspect that is reminiscent of the Renaissance period when it was first built. Renovated over the centuries, the building acquired its present appearance in the mid 1700s. The palazzo has a doorman during business hours and several other vacation rentals, which you can view by clicking the green Units tab above, so a good place for a family get-together in the center of Florence.
Enter the apartment through a very attractive entrance hall. There is a dining table here as well as a smaller one in the living room area.
A large and very elegant living room with big windows and comfortable seating for all from which one can enjoy the spectacular view of the Church façade of San Gaetano. Decorated in warm colors that reflect the elegant 18th century coffered ceiling, it welcomes your family and friends.
The apartment has an armored door, independent heating, air conditioning, bell and buzzer, telephone (hi speed internet), satellite TV (LCD), a fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer and crockery.
Walking back through the entrance, to the left is a very pretty bathroom and straight ahead is the first of the two bedrooms, with twin beds that can be set up as one. A corridor leads to the spacious master bedroom, with a queen bed and quality furniture. Two sets of linen and towels are provided.
The large en-suite master bathroom has a shower over tub and is separated from the sink area by a door.

Our Guest Reviews
Beatrice in Florence
The Beatrice apartment was just perfect for our
purposes as far as size and location in Florence.
Being in Piazza Antinori is a slight remove from the
more congested, touristy part of Florence.
It is very much as presented in the pictures on the
Italy Perfect site. It is well maintained and was
very clean. There is a concierge who was helpful
in calling a taxi for us a couple of times and Cristiana,
the greeter, gave us a thorough orientation upon
Our daughter and her husband stayed in the nearby Helvetia & Bristol hotel which was a great choice.
I would certainly recommend Italy Perfect to friends
and would use the company again.

Perfect month in Italy
From day one of making the reservation, the management warmly welcomed us to Florence and the support staff address all our needs throughout our 36-day stay. My 17-year-old son, 81-year-old mother, husband of 38 years and I enjoyed this apartment's many features. Its perfect location near Santa Maria Novella train station granted us access to not only all the walkable Florence sites but also towns near to (and far from) Florence (Pisa, Lucca, Venice, Cinque Terre). We loved looking out our windows at the activities on the street below us-- parades, tourists, musicians, dancers. None of these sounds made it to the bedrooms, so we slept peacefully each night, occasionally awakened by the cooing of morning birds. We appreciated the air conditioning a few times and found the washer/dryer helpful. The quiet elevator accommodated all four of us easily, and we loved Massimo who greeted us with his friendly words and smile each time we entered or left the building for our morning pastry runs, afternoon grocery stops and sight-seeing, or evening walks for gelato and people-watching. Because of this apartment rental, we did indeed spend an Italy Perfect month with Florence as our base.

Beautiful Beatrice Apartment
We were delighted with the Beatrice apartment in Florence - it is exactly as represented in the photographs. The apartment is very large, with plenty of closet space, and is well-appointed and extremely comfortable. The central location near all major sights and museums is incredibly convenient and the building is secure. Cristiana was exceptionally helpful in arranging transportation and day trips, and responded immediately to any questions we had. We would recommend this apartment without reservation - it was wonderful.

Thank you - everything was perfect!
Thank you so much for helping with the apartment arrangements and with every aspect of support for our recent trip. We were very happy with the apartment and Cristiana was superb in helping us set up tours and transportation. I would recommend you to anyone who is considering renting an apartment in Italy.
Again, thank you very, very much!
ITALY PERFECT was a great company to deal with. All information we needed to rent and arrive at the apartment were e-mailed to us. They even had additional pictures taken for us so we could decide on the apartment. Highly recommended.
We took a chance on this apartment as it just came on the rental market with no reviews.
Glad we did so as this place is fantastic!!
Very spacious apartment. Luxurious furnishings and decor. Incredible view of church across the street. Apartment looks just like the online pictures.
Small but well equipped kitchen. Two large bathrooms with strong showers.
Lots of storage space. Great laundry room washer and dryer and drying rack.
Air conditioner if needed in every room.
Large TV with access to English channels. Good WiFi in Living areas
Friendly doorman and office staff in case you need them.
Location is on expensive street with only pedestrian traffic. Safe and convenient to all other areas of Florence including Duomo, Central Market, Train Station, Uffizi, Pone Vecchio, etc.
Very quiet day and night.
Grocery stores were also close by as were some good restaurants.
WIFI was only available in the living room areas. No wifi in bedrooms.
You pay extra for utilities used so must be careful to turn things off (air con, heat, lights, etc) when not in use.
