Our experence in Rome,the apartment, Bellina, was perfect,a beautiful light airy large room with all mods and cons, large bedroom and bathroom. The area was just wonderful, five minutes to the Spanish Steps,aprox fifteen minutes to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, the most delightful area to walk and be amongst the locals.The local bus stop two mins from the apartment ( €1) for a ticket that could be used for three hours . The shopping was amazing: girls shoes, bags and clothing that took your breath away, the next trip we will arrive with empty suitcases with enough time to fill them. We also came to realize very quickly that we were in the best possible location, great restaurants,shops,every little side street took our breath , it was just so beautiful.

I would say to anyone wanting to experience Rome please try the beautiful Bellina Apartment, when leaving it in the morning take a deep breath and live every moment you wont regret it.

This spotless, elegantly appointed and well-located apartment was a delight for our week in Rome. We had everything we needed at our fingertips, and it was a welcome retreat after touring each day.

We would definitely recommend this neighborhood for anyone visiting Rome. This apartment makes you feel at home in Rome!

We were met by a wonderful women, who from the moment we arrived were taken by her welcoming warmth. She graciously helped us with our luggage and  took a great deal of care in making sure we were properly settled in. After discussing Rome and our touring interests she remarkably followed up the next day with an email containing clear directions and suggestions for visiting the Appian Way. The apt was wonderful with comfortable beds, and is well furnished. My only complaint is that as we had been travelling for over 3 weeks we were in the habit of washing our clothing regularly and there was a washing machine in the apt, which was wonderful. There was only a tiny broken clothes rack over the dryer which did not work as half the spokes were broken off.  I would recommend adding a proper folding drying rack. We rented the Bellina apartment for ten days in September 2010. The apartment is lovely, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The location is absolutely perfect .. situated halfway between the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo and the Via del Corso and Via Babuino. We walked everywhere - from the Vatican to the Villa Borghese and on the days when all that walking lost its appeal, we took advantage of the 117 and 119 buses which run frequently from Piazza del Popolo. You can log onto Rome’s ATAC site for connections to other parts of the city. There is also a metro station at Piazza del Popolo which is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. There is a small, well stocked alimentari almost next door and a great little supermarket just a few streets away. We would particularly like to recommend the Enoteca Buccone at 19 Via di Ripetta for a light lunch or that special bottle of wine. Cristina met us on arrival and explained all the features of the apartment to us. She even gave us a coffee making lesson for the Bialetti and assisted us to set up the WiFi on our computer. Cristina also kindly left her contact number in case we encountered any problems or needed any assistance during our stay. We took advantage of the airport transfer service recommended by Italy Perfect and it was wonderful to get off the plane after a long flight and know that we would not have to worry about finding a taxi. The owner of the apartment is a lovely lady and we very much enjoyed meeting her on the morning of our departure. Our experience at the Bellina was very enjoyable from beginning to end. Italy Perfect is “perfect” .. Lisa attended to all the arrangements with impressive efficiency and we can certainly recommend both the Bellina apartment and Italy Perfect to anyone planning a visit to Rome.

Bellina is the perfect location for a couple to enjoy a week in Rome. The apartment is very well located and within walking distances of many fine restaurants and sights. When you are not in a walking mood, the Metro and Roma bus service is easy to use and located close by. Christina (the greeter) is friendly and genuinely wants your experience to be the best possible. The Wi-Fi in the apartment permitted us to access our e-mail on our I-Phone without having to pay the expensive roaming charges which would otherwise apply. Do not rent this apartment if you intend to do any real cooking; the kitchen is very small and would not permit any meaningful culinary experiences. Given the quality of the dining within the area, not being able to cook was certainly not a problem. While the apartment opens to the street below; noise was not an issue. We will return to Rome and would be delighted to make Bellina our home again.

We were met by Christina who was most helpful and patient showing us the features and operation of the apartment and its ameneties. There was fresh fruit and a bottle of wine; a nice touch. We were given directions to markets, shops, restaurants and food stores. The apartment is located ia a great area of Rome within walking distance of many Roman attractions. Give oneself time to explore the sites, sounds and action in the area- become part of the Roman life. For taxi and transportation we highly recommend hiring Stefano; he was on time, knowledgeable and professional. As in the site name "Italy Perfect", it was perfect.

Our Bellina apartment was wonderful! My husband and I were so happy there. Jim would go out early am and bring me a coffee. Then he'd head out and get something simple for breakfast while I got dressed to start our day. A couple of days we brought dinner in. We did tons of walking and enjoying Rome (some times getting home around 7pm) Nothing better than getting in the shower, having some wine and enjoying a dinner in. We did our big eating at lunch time. Jim got to know a lot of the store keepers on our street! They were all great.

Thanks you for sending us so much information about Italy. We read it twice before we left and really benefited from it. Also a great big thank you for giving us Stefano's name for a driver. He picked us up at the airport and took us back to the airport. We were so happy with him. He's a great guy and very reliable. I have recommended our apartment to a lot of our friends. First, let me say that the apartment was absolutely lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was wonderful, and your greeter is a great asset. We especially liked being able to eat in for lunch or dinner. The kitchen was very well equipped; all it needed was a toaster, but that was remedied by the delicious pastries available down the street in the little market. We highly recommend the apartment for its ambience and its location.
