“Dorato - pure gold
We loved the Dorato apartment in Venice. It was perfect for our three-generation family. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lots of space, light, views all over Venice. It has been beautifully transformed by an architect, with wonderful details. It is incredibly well stocked with everything you would need - appliances (full refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, dishes, silver, glasses, pans, dishwasher, washer and dryer). It was very clean and well maintained. We couldn't use the terrace, except for views, as it was cold and wintery.
I would strongly advise booking a private taxi (to and) from the airport (or train station or parking lot). It looks like no fun as people bounced their luggage up and down the stairs on each side of the myriad bridges one must cross. Evelyn met our boat at the landing of the Palazzo, showed us around the apartment, and even walked us to the nearest Coop supermarket, so we would know the way.
We ate around the corner the first night at a trattoria: Osteria da Alberto. Mostly locals there and the food were quite good. Just turn left out from the apt, turn left at the first street, and it is 1/2 block away.
Everything was walkable (and getting-lost-able) that we wanted to see. Highly recommended.

“A 3-Month Dream
I knew as soon as I saw the picture of the terrace that this was to be my home for 3 months in Rome - and I was certainly not disappointed! Fresco is a lovely apartment, nicely decorated and comfortable in every way. When I was there by myself, the bedroom with pleasant bathroom was perfect. When I had a guest, the sleeper sofa for them was comfortable, and the half bath a godsend. The terrace was even better than expected -- large and filled with plants. Prati is a perfect neighborhood, close to the Vatican but nicely away from the main tourist routes to it - and a 15-20 minute walk to il centro across a bridge with angels -- ah, Roma. The owner was wonderfully responsive on the few occasions when I had questions. I can't recommend the apartment or the services of Italy Perfect more highly.”

“Perfect Location!
The Pasquino apartment is centrally located, perfect for exploring Rome--just a couple short blocks from bustling Piazza Navona. The apartment was comfortable for a family of five and was exactly as described. The street was quiet, with restaurants, shops, grocery, bakery, transportation all close by and within easy walking distance. It was a perfect location for us.
We were greeted enthusiastically by Nancy, given restaurant recommendations and savvy advice for the holiday season in Rome.
We would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend it to friends and relatives!

“Beyond Ecstatic
We were beyond ecstatic with our recent trip to Venice with Italy Perfect during Christmas 2016. In 2009 we visited a Paris Perfect property that was beyond gorgeous as well. Both of our experiences were beyond perfect. Our apartment in Venice was absolutely wonderful. The location was ideal and the maid service was spectacular. The villa was turnkey beautiful and the kitchen was immaculate and provided all needed supplies for creating fabulous meals. We are willing to refer your company to any client or individual. We highly recommend the private service for arrival and departure to the airport. The vans and taxi boats and drivers were impeccable and more than met our expectations. If you need more details about our experience I would be more than happy to write them. We would rate your properties at above 100 percent. Words can't even express the amount of time and value Pat contributed to ensuring our last minute experience would be more than perfect.

“5 stars
We stayed at the Bellina in Rome and loved the location! It was our first time renting an apartment and Italy Perfect was excellent. Pat was wonderful helping us with all our arrangements. She recommended Rocco from Rome Value Transfer which went smoothly. He was waiting at the train station as planned. Beatrice was our greeter and couldn't be nicer. She gave us an excellent, informative tour of the apartment, explained our surroundings, and made us feel at home. The apartment looks exactly as it is represented on the website. Everything was in working order, it was extremely comfortable and in a superb location. Italy Perfect sends out a packet of resource material that made the trip easier. I highly recommend using Italy Perfect. We will definitely use this company in the future.”

“Perfect Oasis to explore the Sorrentine Penninsula
I rented Luna for a week to explore the area, with my son who was on fall break from his study abroad program in Florence. It was a perfect little oasis of peace for some restful days, and a well-located base for exploring the area.

We were glad we had a car, because although we tried the buses, we ended up walking a lot because we couldn't always figure out the system. And trains that service the area were not running on "our" schedule. The location of Luna is great for running into Naples, Herculaneum, Pompei, and Mt Vesuvius. In the other direction, Sorrento is close (and walkable), and the ferry to Capri is lots of fun (we did a day trip and thoroughly enjoyed it).

Luna is a small house on the grounds of an elegant villa. It is cool, quiet, and comfortable. The two bedrooms are spacious and for the two of us, the living/dining area was quite adequate. We appreciated the washing machine and prepared several meals in the cute kitchen. There is a lovely pool in the back, surrounded by tall trees and although we didn't swim in November, it is peaceful and beautiful to relax in the back. There are nice restaurants in the area (one across the street has excellent pizza; and the smoothie shop next door is perfect for tea and croissants). And there are grocery stores within a 10-minute walk for replenishing supplies. We found the hosts to be warm and inviting, and they addressed a problem with the wireless internet immediately.

We found this Italy Perfect property to be similar in (high) quality to other Italy Perfect, London Perfect, and Paris Perfect properties in the same price range. We love renting through this agency--they usually get it right. We look forward to returning to Luna!”

“December in Rome
We truly loved the apartment and location and would rent the place again in a heartbeat! Everything was wonderful; the location for sightseeing, the metro and cab station in front of the coliseum, plenty of day eateries and nice restaurants at night. A small but well stocked grocery was just a couple of blocks away. But the best thing was the view of the coliseum from the lovely terrace; during the day and at night.
We aren't wealthy people and usually stay in apartments. We decided to go all out since we were taking our 87 year old Aunt on her first international trip. We were truly rewarded in our choice because of apartment views. We had cocktails every night on the terrace while looking at the coliseum and we just happened to stay during the full moon, which made it more magical. Trust me when we say this apartment is well worth it. It is magnificent!

“Roman Holiday
The Bellina Apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Rome. After exploring Sicily for two weeks, it was great to settle into a neighborhood for a week. The cozy apartment had everything we needed. It was especially nice to experience the local food shops and enjoy a few meals relaxing at "home" We loved the location! We have rented apartments several times and really appreciate our excellent experience with Italy Perfect. All of our arrangements were handled very professionally. Thank you for recommending Stefano Service Car. The driver was waiting when arrived and had already been in contact to confirm our ETA at the apartment with Beatrice. She greeted us warmly and gave us an excellent tour of the apartment and many tips about the surrounding neighborhood. All of her information was so helpful. We had a fabulous week in Rome and hope to return to the Bellina Apartment on our next visit.

“Great stay!!
This is an excellent place to stay in Rome. We were at the end of a 5 week holiday and it was SO nice not to stay in a hotel room! The apartment has a small fridge, stovetop and microwave so ideal for breakfast and a much appreciated washing machine. It is so quiet and dark with the windows and shutters closed we slept like babies! The couch, chairs and bed are all very comfortable as well. It is nicely decorated and clean. The apartment is a couple of blocks from and in between Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps. We walked to the Coliseum and to the Vatican, both took about half an hour. It's a high end shopping district right around the apartment, tons of shops. There's a pizza spot and gelato spot on the same street and a grocery close by. There's lots of restaurants in the area, trip advisor helped a lot with filtering through them. We went to Casa on our last night, it was very good! Enjoy!! ”

“Cheerful apartment in Rome

My wife and I stayed in this Apartment in Rome in October and had a wonderful time. The Apartment is bright and cheerful and had a nice terrace with plants. It had two bedrooms with good closets and firm mattress. The master bedroom had a balcony. There were two bathrooms with good shower. The living dining area was spacious and bright because of the many windows and terrace wrapped along. There is a TV with cable and English channels.
Dealing with Italy perfect was easy and the e mails and questions were answered promptly and Pat was professional and great. The apartment is in an area about 15 minute walk from the Spanish steps and fine shopping. We took tours of the Coloseum and Vatican and it was exciting though there is a lot of walking. Rome is a city to be discovered on foot so wear comfortable shoes and stop frequently for coffee and Gelato. The food is amazing and we discovered several nice restaurants.
You can call a cab from a local line in the apartment and it comes in few minutes and prices are not expensive.
I definitely recommend Italy perfect and Pat.

“S Croce Giotto

This apartment had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful week in Florence! The bed was comfortable, the location was fantastic, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were welcomed after a week on the road to refresh our laundry for another week of traveling. There is a great little restaurant on the first floor (Bocodama's) which works well when you arrive and don't have the energy to explore (the fettucine with wild boar sauce was very good). We could walk to just about everything from the apartment, exploring interesting sites along the way. Violi's, a super gelato store, is only a couple of short blocks away. There is a taxi stand about 100 feet away for the excursions beyond walking distance or a trip to the train station or airport. Above all, do not miss the coffee shop diagonally across the plaza which has the best croissants (many flavors) for only one euro each. I would recommend this apartment and the highly accommodating service of Italy Perfect to everyone!

“Great spot
This is our second visit here. The owner is very welcoming and spends plenty of time showing you how the unit works. Very well done and extremely clean. There is approximately 66 steps but we had no difficulty with that. The location is perfect, 2 blocks to the Accademia, 2.5 blocks to the Mercato Centro and maybe 3.5 blocks to the Duomo and beyond. All easy walks. When we are in Florence we will always stay here.

“Charming Florence Apartment
Even considering the 66 steps up (with no elevator), this was a perfect apartment for us during our Florence visit. Chiara thought of everything and she even provided a green folder with all the info you would ever need about appliances, the apartment and outside info like doctors/medical facilities, etc. She even gives a gift basket with goodies you can actually USE! We enjoyed the exercise a few times a day going up and down those stairs - really - we were in great shape at the end of 4 days. The apartment is situated close / walking distance to the train station, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and other sites. Perfect little comfortable apartment for a wonderful stay in Florence.

“Best of Rome

We were three senior couples in Rome for ten days. The location is close to bus lines (very confusing and drivers are no help. Check the internet), Metro, and Vatican. It is in a lovely residential neighborhood with grocery, bakery, and restaurants all close at hand. The building is over eighty years old, elegant with an old-fashioned lift, and extremely sturdy and well built, which we appreciated during the series of earthquakes north of us that shook things in Rome.
Nancy met us promptly and showed us how everything worked and explained the buses and Metro. We needed an extra set of keys, which are complex and bonded, but we received them in two days.
The apartment is large, well lit and beautifully remodeled in such a way to be modern European, but with a feeling of early 20th century luxury. The rooms and baths are very large. The kitchen has everything you would need. The beds are so comfortable with wonderful linens. Towels are abundant. Wifi was strong and reliable. We were provided with an abundance of information of things to do and places to go.
We all loved this apartment.

“What a view!!

What a view!! This spacious, bright & sunny apartment is literally on the Arno, right next to the Ponte Vecchio, you could not ask for a more perfect location! Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the terrace watching the day bustle to a start and in the evening, sip your wine while watching the sunset over the Arno.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of closet space, large well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms (great water pressure), one of which is quite large. Noise while sleeping was not an issue as they have very good windows and, when closed, block most of the street sounds. There is a convenient, very well stocked grocery store an easy 5 minute walk just on the other side of the bridge, also a pharmacy right around the corner....really everything you need is in very easy (flat) walking distance with all the major sites just minutes away. A truly fantastic location.

The living room sofas and chairs are very comfortable and there are large sliding glass doors from the living room onto the terrace that give the dining and living rooms tons of light and, of course, views. While it was sunny on my visit, I imagine the apartment would be airy even on rainy days.

I've stayed in a number of Italy Perfect apartments over the years, and this one is assuredly up to their standards....I would move in long term if I could!

Lisa and Pat, thank you for your professionalism and attention to detail...this apartment is wonderful, I'll never forget those views!

“Tuscan delight

Niccolo Canonica in Castello Bibbione is a great spot from which to experience the Tuscan countryside. The castle and the grounds are timeless and offer a setting that is pure old Tuscany. The stone walls have modern interiors and the beds were great. Make sure you enjoy the morning breakfast/buffet offered in the auxilliary building. It may not be much by NA standards but it is a charming and adequate way to start the day.
Make sure to explore the valley and go to the Antinori winery which is just 10 min south. It is a modern architectural marvel. When you head into Florence park in Galluzzo and take public transit into the old city. Siena is worth seeing and is only an hour south. The town of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, a 10 min drive north, has a great Co-op grocery store, several laundromats, many small restaurants as well as sites worth visiting for tourist value.
We would gladly stay here again and heartily recommend it to anyone visiting Tuscany and/or Florence.

“Lovely villa; hidden gem

This lovely villa, a few minutes' walk from the Bay of Naples and its stunning views, was a quiet oasis - hidden from the street, surrounded by a tropical garden of palms and lemon tree. Our villa was spotless and well-appointed, and the rooftop deck offered sunshine and a view of Mt Vesuvius. The owners were incredibly charming and provided a wonderful welcome to the property. This is a very nice neighborhood, surrounded by homes and beautiful hotels with lots of dining options and a lively town square. We enjoyed the quieter vibe yet found it very accessible to Sorrento town center; an easy 20 minute stroll. We would highly recommend for a unique and enjoyable experience.

The sidewalks are quite narrow - some with trees in the center - so the walk from the train with luggage may not be for everyone. The door-to-door bus or a taxi/driver might be more enjoyable. The recommended driver, Giovanni, was wonderful; he drove us to/from airport and proved to be a great guide for an unforgettable day trip along the Amalfi Coast. As expected, the Italy Perfect team delivered a fabulous experience and we can't wait to try their other properties.
