Down an internal staircase, the lower level has two bedrooms and opens onto the pool-terrace.
The large master bedroom opens directly onto the pool terrace.
The bathrooms, of which there are 4 inside and a 5th in the changing room by the pool, are all decorated with colorful and varied typical tiles.

A staircase leads down from the upper terrace to the pool level. A changing room and toilet is under the staircase.

From the pool terrace a few steps lead down to a third terrace that has a small conservatory "limonaia" that can sleep one person. From there, through a gate steps lead down to the beach at the Marina Piccola.
The Marina Piccolo is a 15 minute walk down the Via Mulo, a path, not steps.
There are several restaurants and a village at Marina Piccola. Restaurants specialize in fresh seafood, of course!
