Casa San Vito is a gracious Tuscan farmhouse that was completely remodelled in early 2004. Great care has been taken in the remodeling process to retain the many charming rustic and charming features while providing modern comforts and conveniences. The house has spectacular views of the peaceful countryside where vineyards abound in this majestic Chianti setting. The house was named after the tiny San Vito parish church that is nearby. The upaved road that runs in front of the house is known as "San Vito di Sopra" (San Vito High Road) and the paved road below that leads to the turn off to the property is called "San Vito di Sotto" (San Vito Low Road).
The house is located in the countryside between Florence and Siena, yet is only 25 minutes south of Florence, making it easy to pop into the city for a day of sightseeing, strolling, shopping or even just for dinner. The nearest towns are San Casciano and Tavarnelle in Val di Pesa. Continue......

The aptly named Casa Rossa or "Red House" is a restored farmhouse painted the warm red tones reminiscent of frescos at Pompeii. It is set off a small country road on an estate that produces a lovely Chianti wine from the robust San Giovese, Malvasia, Trebbiano and Canaiolo grapes grown there.
