The apartments were great [Rome Tiberio & Florence Prisco] and we really liked the contact people as well.

Just wanted to drop you  a note to say that everything went well and we enjoyed the apartment and stay in Rome. We had a very good response and excellent service from the recommended airport driving service that you recommended.

We felt 'at home' in Italy with the spacious apartments [Strozzi in Florence, Tiberio in Rome] and gracious greeters.  We were very fortunate to be within walking distance to many of the amazing sites that Italy has to offer. Italy Perfect also provided many helpful tips (nearby markets, restaurants, shopping, etc). We had a wonderful experience and look forward to our next trip to Italy.

Just wanted to say 'thanks' for a wonderful experience in Rome! The apartment was exactly as you described it and looked exactly like the pictures. This is so important when traveling! It was spotlessly clean and ready for all 6 of us. One of the toilets was not working when we arrived, but was quickly repaired within a few hours at no inconvenience to us. Other than that, everything worked! The greeter was kind enough to call just before we left, asking if everything was OK. We used ParisPerfect.com last year, which was great, and now I can tell my friends to use ItalyPerfect.com, which is just as great!

Our only regret for our stay in the Tiberio was that we only had four nights to enjoy it! Perfect for a family of four and across the bridge from the Piazza del Popolo, we couldn't have asked for a finer location or nicer place to call home, however briefly. Rene was a great help with lots of good tips and always accessible when we needed him. And the Prati neighborhood is everything you describe and more. The main drag, Via Cola di Rienzo, has everything: bookstores, clothing stores, florists, cafés, bakeries and butcher shops. Even a Standa supermarket in the basement of the Coin department store. What an unexpected delight - especially at times when many of the smaller shops are closed. It has everything from fresh baked bread and good table wines for under 3 euros (!) to frozen gourmet entrees, picnic supplies and candles. Perfect to stop in for staples on the way home at the end of a full day of sightseeing. With Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican within relatively short walking distances from the apartment, one could easily spend their entire time on this side of the Tiber. But the other major sites are also a comfortable stroll away. And though we hear the public bus system is wonderful, we never once found an occasion to use it. Stumbling upon ancient ruins and discovering great cafés and gelaterias every street or two, we effortlessly made our way back home each evening by foot. My husband and I hadn't spent time in Rome in 20 years, and we were eager to show our teenage daughters how magnificent and accessible la "Città Eterna" truly is. Staying at the Tiberio fit the bill perfectly.

We did make it to the Coliseum and the Sistine Chapel and we also took the train to Pisa for the day.  In this sense we were very thankful to have the apartment - it allowed us some extra "space" to relax in - we did watch some of the DVD's. We did enjoy the apartment and sightseeing we did get done in Rome.

Mabel L. - Hong KongThe apartment has been well represented by you on your web-site. It is exactly as we expected. The kids especially liked their own “space” upstairs – we thought it was rather quaint with such a low ceiling. At 9 and 10 it’s perfect for them and since I’m short, I can stand also. My husband and I hardly went up except to say good night. They were totally independent up there. We did like the location. It meant for some longer walking at times but we’re fit types and the kids didn’t complain too much…It’s good to be a bit away from the main tourist area. We really liked the Cola d”Rienza St. The Stranda [Standa department store] was great – went there every 2 days or so. We ended up eating about half of our dinners in because by the time we got back we were too tired to head out again, especially to the restaurants that were recommended (they tend to be in the historical center). But it was good as 2 nights we bought food from the “deli” you recommended and had delicious meals. Also, being so close to the Vatican meant that we saw the Vatican Museums one afternoon (went in after 12 as recommended) but were so tired after we came out after 4pm that we decided to do St. Peter’s another day. We found one superb gelateria place on Cola d’Rienza called “Barila”. They had lots of flavours, gave generous portions and you were given a tiny cone on top to scoop ice-cream with. (It’s on the way to Stranda from the apartment but on the left hand side of the street). We only tried one pizzeria in the area but thought it was overpriced but there was a sudden rainstorm when we decided to go out for dinner so our choice was limited. The phone place right next door to the apartment is good for buying the phone chip.

Loved the apartment and the location was good. Loved the elevator! Very clean. Renee was very helpful, too. Thanks for making sure we had provisions the first night.

We had a wonderful time.  The apartment has a good location and the greeter was very hospitable and accommodating.  I thought it was very reasonably priced.
