Feast your eyes of the wonderful views

Living room and dining room open
through three sets of French doors onto the long balcony. Roman sun
ensures room is bright.
Living room is spacious with sofa,
love seat and three arm chairs. Balcony doors to right; entry
through left door. Stairs to sleeping loft.
Living room is well lit by walls
sconces and natural light from the sets of French doors that lead
out to the small balcony.
The narrow balcony off the living room
overlooks the narrow street below. Warm colors of the buildings
delight.
Sant'Andrea delle Frate church is
across the street.
Dining table seats four. Serving items
are found in a beautiful art deco cabinet. TV in corner cabinet
flanked by two pink chairs.
A nice spot for enjoying meals at the
apartment.
From the living room, a pretty stair
case leads to the sleeping loft.
Narrow balcony off the living room is
accessed by glass doors. There is a second terrace upstairs
furnished with table and chairs.
The upper terrace is perfect for meals
on warm days.
Ktchen is modern and very nice if
small. Well equipped with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove top,
oven, dishwasher, microwave.
Bedroom is welcoming and romantic.
Closets with fine wood work to the right of the bed. Bedside lamps
and also a television.
The bathroom is charming with marble
and cotto tile. Shower, no tub. Plenty of light, close-up mirror,
hair dryer.
Next to the bathroom and opening into
the bedroom is a small room with washing machne with more great
view of Roman rooftops.
Loft contains a French twin (wide twin
bed), lamp, cabinet with television on top.

the loft. Who needs pictures with views like this!
A sprial staircase with 16 steps leads
up to the rooftop terrace.
From the street you enter this elegant
marble hallway that leads back to a relatively modern small
elevator.

The pedestrian zone makes the streets
of this area nice for strolling.
Locals and tourists mingle in this
sought-after upscale area of Rome.
