One of our favorite features of this area is the wonderful Sant'Ambrogio food market nearby. Florentines consider it the best in the city.

Select from a colorful selection of the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats, pastas and cheeses at the nearby Sant'Ambrogio market.

This beats shrink-wrapped stickered produce at the supermarket any day! Even in winter the variety of fresh fruits is impressive.
